Submit Member Testimonial

Begin by selecting a State.

You will then be asked to select a chapter. You will then be asked to select a member and then enter a testimonial. The testimonial you enter will be the first one presented for that member. Only 10 testimonials are accepted per member (the oldest one will be dropped as a new one is added).

Only ACTIVE members can be selected from active and now forming chapters.
