Exhibitor Tips Remember the target audience here is women. Women love colors, touching and feeling potential purchases....create a warm and inviting booth!  Avoid the deer in the headlight stare! Interactive Booths are highly recommended! Click here for additional proven strategies to make your show all it can be!      Questions and Answers   Is this years event a fundraiser? Yes, last year the Teens N Crisis, Violence Free Crisis Line, and the Montana Woman Foundation were the combined recipients of over $9,000. This year we have selected the Montana Woman Foundation as our primary recipient. How many booths will be available? Last year we completely sold out with 87 booths. This year we have changed layout of the expo that will potentially allow for more booths. Hurry to register though...we had a waiting list last year! Will there be 10 ft booth space available this year? YES. All booths will be 10 ft this year. Who is the expo targeting? Women of all ages. Statistics show that women make the majority of purchasing decisions for family and home. Will there be an entry fee charged this year? Yes. The entry fee will be $5 per adult head. However, exhibitors will have the ability to hand out an unlimited number of FREE Passes to their customers, friends and family! (Exhibitors must provide an email address to participate). What type of attractions will be at the event to draw in a crowd? In addition to some wonderful interactive booths. There will be a repeat of the Fashion Show, Live Music by Andre.... and a Product Service Auction. What is a Live Service Auction? Business professionals can donate an allotted amount of time to be auctioned off. For example: Cinderalla Painting donates a day worth of painting services. The day will be auctioned off to the highest bidder. Do I have to purchase booth space to donate service/product for the Live Auction? NO. Any business may donate time or product for the benefit of our fundraiser. I see that Biz to Biz members get to participate in the event at discounted pricing. How do I become a member? Several forms of media are in the budget and awaiting final approval of contracts. This media will include but will not be limited to Radio, Newspaper, Website, Community Posters and coupon distribution!
